According to the American Cancer Society, more than 78,000 women will be diagnosed with a gynecologic cancer in 2008. Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month provides an opportunity to educate women about the prevention, early detection, and treatment of all gynecologic cancers. We have provided multiple links to different types of information to learn more about ovarian, uterine, and vaginal cancers.

For information about cervical cancer, please see our January Cervical Cancer Awareness website.
